Section I: Acceptance of the Agreement

**Welcome to the GSPRO.network Platform. Please read the GSPRO.network Membership Agreement, Privacy Policy, General Terms & Conditions, Fees, Procedure Affiliate/Member Agreement, Social Media Disclaimer, Income Disclosure and Any Disclaimer found on GSPRO.network Platform carefully, collectively referred to as the “Agreement.”

Section II: Enrollment and Annual Renewal Fee

At the time of your enrollment into the GSPRO.network Platform, you agree to submit a 33 USDT fee. Upon the one monthly date of your enrollment into the GSPRO.network Platform, you agree to submit a 33 USDT equivalent value renewal fee. Cancellation will be effective in the event that a full calendar month goes by without a further 33 USDT membership renewal fee is paid.

Section III: E-Sign Notice- Consent to Electronic Record

E-Sign, the Electronic Signatures in E-Commerce (The eIDAS Regulation (910/2014), requires that you consent to entering into an electronic agreement with GSPRO.network Platform before a GSPRO.network Platform Membership Agreement can be executed. Please read the following information carefully:

• If you enter into an online Membership Agreement with GSPRO.network Platform, you will not be required to submit a paper application. An electronic record will evidence the entire agreement between you and GSPRO.network Platform. However, you must consent to the use of an electronic record and must read the GSPRO.network Platform Membership Agreement, Privacy Policy, General Terms & Conditions, Fees, Procedure Affiliate/Member Agreement, Social Media Disclaimer, Income Disclosure and Any Disclaimer found on GSPRO.network Platform and electronically acknowledge below that you have read these documents.
• To access these documents and submit your online Membership Application, you will need a personal computer or Mac with Internet access and operational Internet browser software..
